Hebin Successfully Defending his MS Thesis

Hebin Cherian, a UNL’s second year master student, has successfully defended his master’s thesis. His thesis topic is on emerging non-volatile memories for neuromorphic computing, and he has presented his research works on STT-MRAM as a reconfigurable spintronic synapse and RRAM as a stable memristive synapse.
